Capitalism is What’s At Stake Here.

Where’s the “can do” attitude that built this country. We need an over haul of the American Spirit, in my opinion.
I know the economic situation is complicated and there is no easy solution, but the thought of more and more regulation by the government really makes me uncomfortable.
Capitalism isn’t perfect, but I love it. I love the freedom to create opportunity, work on my own ideas, build my own business, assume the risks and reap the rewards. And if I fail, I pay the price for playing the game. That’s the natural cycle of capitalism, albeit painful at the moment.
We are headed for Socialism at the rate we are going. If that’s what you want, fine, but personally, I love the entrepreneurial spirit that made this country the wealthiest nation in the world.
I pray that we don’t, for some sense of false security, end up killing the goose that lays the golden egg.
This is still the greatest country to live in, so whether you’re Democrat or Republican, Socialist or Capitalist, the most important thing to do is to get involved and make a positive difference wherever you are.
Respectfully yours.
